CNC Machining

Castings have been machined at Danko Arlington since the late 1940′s. In order to provide our customers with the best machining at competitive pricing, the company has invested in state-of-the-art and accurate CNC equipment.
Most of the castings produced in our foundry can be machined in our facility from small sizes to an envelope of 118” x 88” x 63”. Our foundry knowledge is a great advantage in providing optimum set-ups, faster run times, and low machining scrap.
The shop is air conditioned and climate controlled to maintain high precision. Conventional machinery is available for secondary operations, fixture making, special set-ups, and foundry support. Three computerized coordinate measuring machines are also used to report fast and accurate data to even the tightest tolerances.
Our Machine Division is designed to meet the customer’s specific needs. We offer out-sourced plating and painting to local subcontractors, insert installation, light assembly, and partial shipments or Kan Bans shipped in a timely manner.
