November 7, 2024. Danko Arlington is honored to participate in the Non-Ferrous Founders’ Society NFFS Talent Pipeline Program (TPP). This initiative was created by the U. S. Navy to address the challenges in developing and retaining a sustainable workforce — particularly for those member foundries that support the Defense Industrial Base.
Under the leadership of NFFS Executive Director, Jerrod A. Weaver, and Director of Workforce Development, Bill Padnos, the two-year long program will help foundries like Danko Arlington recruit, train, and retain both new and tenured employees.
Danko Arlington will concentrate on its 30/60/90 day follow-though with new hires including improved engagement, communication, and competency, in order to form the next generation of molders, grinders inspectors, and machinists.
